The popular and versatile SVX015A1-4A1B1 is a 15 Horsepower 31 AMP adjustable drive from Eaton Cutler-Hammer. It includes an alphanumeric removable LCD keypad on the standard 3-line control panel. The device has a panel type mount with an FR5 frame size. Featuring sensorless vector control technology with open loop vector technology, ASIC circuit features, and an adaptive motor model, the SVX015A1-4A1B1 is one of the best drives on the market for variable speed applications. Capable of identifying the motor parameters of the U/f mode as well as the sensorless vector mode, the SVX015A1-4A1B1 can keep track of changes within the parameters. A system of stator flux coordinates that are immune to motor parameters and measurement variations carries out the sensorless flux vector control. The sensorless flux vector control enables the SVX015A1-4A1B1 to achieve a high level of precision at the maximum speed range for closed loop motor control.
The SVX015A1-4A1B1 has a very low steady-state speed error probability that is less than 0.5%. The torque generates low ripples with a rise time of less than 10 milliseconds. The SVX015A1-4A1B1 has a high starting torque which can go up to 200% at a 2.9XIH starting current. This makes the SVX015A1-4A1B1 very commendable for multi-motor drive systems.
