The JGH3250FAG is a Molded Case Circuit Breaker manufactured by Cutler Hammer. This module is part of the G-Series of the Molded Case Circuit Breakers, with a Frame Size of JG (63 to 250 Amperes). This circuit breaker comes complete with a Trip Unit, Frame, Standard Terminals and Mounting Hardware with an IC Rating at 415/480 Volts. The entire Series G comprises of five different frame sizes in ratings between 15 and 2500 Amperes. These circuit breakers present options for several interrupting capacities going up to 200 kA at 480 Volts AC or 200 kA at 240 Volts AC. The Cutler-Hammer JGH3250FAG and the G-Series features a Compact Design that frees up the Panel Space, Common Field‑Fit Internal Accessories to enhance easy installation, and custom configuration. It also has the advanced trip unit Functionality, providing adjustment options for Maximum Flexibility. There is also a high‑speed "Blow‑Open" action feature and mounting hardware, and Lugs for convenience.
The Eaton’s Series G molded case circuit breakers offer improved performance in much lesser space than the standard circuit breakers or any other similar fusible devices. The "G" in the series means that the JGH3250FAG may be used for global applications. The Cutler Hammer Series G circuit breakers are all marked with UL, CSA, CE, IEC and KEMA KEUR listings and meets all the necessary industrial standards. Other features of Cutler-Hammer JGH3250FAG Circuit Breakers include a fixed thermal adjustable magnetic trip unit and magnetic range of between 1250 and 2500. This unit has a 50 millisecond trip time and a panel mounting type, and it is 35 percent smaller in size, yet highly efficient.
