The EGS3100FFB circuit breaker device is widely used in industrial and commercial areas to ensure the protection of an electrical circuit from abnormal and faulty currents. It breaks the excessive circuit current and saves it from further damage. The EGS3100FFB has been manufactured and designed by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. It comes from the EGS line of breaker devices manufactured by Cutler-Hammer. The device has 3 poles and it has an amperage rating of 110 Amps. The device uses a bolt-on terminal. It is a 3-phase device and it caters to the needs of other devices which run on AC power. It uses the thermal and magnetic trip for safeguarding the device. Both trip types are fixed in this variant. The breaker comes with a factory-rated operating minimum and maximum temperature of 0 and 40 degrees Celsius, respectively. It needs a relatively humid environment for optimal operation.
The EGS3100FFB is a molded case breaker device. The device runs with 600 Volts AC. It ships with both load side lug terminals. It has a standard interrupting capacity.
