The Eaton Cutler-Hammer EGS3050 is an EG circuit breaker that belongs to the Series G of circuit breakers. This series is intended to offer high performance and space saving breakers. The Eaton Corporation (Cutler-Hammer) EGS3050 EG circuit breaker features a 600 Volts AC voltage with a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz. It has a maximum Ampere rating of 50 Amps at a specific temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. This temperature constitutes the calibration temperature. It is fully recommended to maintain it in order to increase the life of the breaker. If the breaker is intended to be used at higher temperatures or within an enclosure, its performance must be derated. Enclosures with proper ventilation are recommended. Factory calibration is available at 40 and 50 degrees Celsius if required.
