The EGS3040FFG is a fixed-thermal and fixed-magnetic breaker that has been manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The Eaton Cutler-Hammer EGS3040FFG fixed-thermal and fixed-magnetic breaker operate with an Ampere rating of 40 Amps, a voltage of 600 Volts AC and a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz. It also has an interrupt rating of 85 symmetrical Amps at a voltage of 240 Volts AC. The Amperage and interrupting capacity of this breaker have been tested before at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. Default calibration can be performed for applications that require a maximum temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. If the operating temperature is higher, certain derating might occur.
