The EGS3035FFG is a thermal and magnetic circuit breaker that belongs to the Series G of molded case circuit breaker from the Eaton Corporation Cutler-Hammer product line. The Cutler-Hammer EGS3035FFG thermal and magnetic circuit breaker features a double mechanism that employs a bimetal and a magnet. Both of these mechanisms detect different current abnormalities. The Cutler-Hammer EGS3035FFG thermal and magnetic circuit breaker has three poles. These poles are in charge of performing a tripping action when a detection has been made. There is a bar that connects these three trips in order to allow them to have a certain communication and perform this tripping action at the same time. The Cutler-Hammer EGS3035FFG thermal and magnetic circuit breaker has an ampere rating of 35 Amps. This amperage has been tested in the open air during calibration and the temperature used is 40 degrees Celsius.
