The Eaton Cutler-Hammer EGH3035FFG Complete Assembled Circuit Breaker is a Frame EG breaker with a thermal-magnetic trip that is used for circuit protection in a variety of applications with operating voltage within 600 Volts AC. Like every Series G breaker, it features a space-saving design (it is compactly built), with compact accessories that are designed to be field fitted, and it is also designed to meet UL and IEC standards. The EGH3035FFG has a nominal current rating of 35 Amps, with a high interrupting rating of 65 kAIC, and it is designed for 600 Volts AC circuits. It has a fixed thermal and magnetic trip unit that is designed to provide thermal and magnetic trip action by using current-heated bimetal and an electromagnet which causes an instantaneous trip action when the circuit current exceeds the factory designated value.
The EGH3035FFG is supplied with 3 standard Copper/Aluminum pressure terminals, metric rated mounting hardware, and 3 wear-resistant terminal covers (1 for each terminal). It has a hand toggle operating mechanism of the quick make/break type which prevents close contact in the event of an unusual circuit condition, and which can indicate breaker’s position (on, off, or tripped) and it can also be used to reset the breaker after it trips. The EGH3035FFG is 80% rated like every Eaton Cutler-Hammer thermal-magnetic breaker, and it is designed to operate without de-rating below a designated 40 degrees Celsius maximum ambient temperature. It is also designed for use within a non-condensing relative humidity range of 0 to 95%, and it can be installed at a maximum height of 6000 feet. The EGH3035FFG is IEC, UL, and CSA certified, and it is shipped with a gross weight of 3.0 pounds.
