The Westinghouse EGH3020FFG is a complete molded case circuit breaker with a fixed magnetic fixed thermal trip mechanism. The EGH3020FFG has an interrupting capacity of 65000 kAIC at 480 Volts AC, 100,000 kAIC at 240 Volts AC, and 25,000 kAIC at 600 Volts AC. The circuit breaker is 3-poled and it has a voltage rating of 480 Volts AC and a current rating of 20 Amps. The EGH3020FFG has box load and line terminals, an optional shunt trip, and an auxiliary switch, and it is UL, CSA, CE, and IEC approved. The EGH3020FFG measures 4.5 inches x 4 inches x 6.5 inches. The EGH3020FFG weighs 3 pounds, meets the UL-489 standard, it belongs to Series G of molded case circuit breakers from Eaton, and it has an EG frame type.
The EGH3020FFG is factory-sealed, eliminating the possibility of field installation for the internal components, including the interchanging of the trip unit. When mounting the EGH3020FFG, the terminal tightening torque should not exceed 5.6 N-m. The circuit breaker accommodates auxiliary switches with a thermal current rating of 6 Amps and a rated making capacity of 20 Amps. The Eaton EGH3020FFG circuit breaker operates at a frequency range of between 50 and 60 Hertz. Additionally, as with other circuit breakers with an EG frame type from Series G, the EGH3020FFG uses the metric mounting hardware and it has a built-in ground fault protection level of 20 Amps. The EGH3020FFG has a tripping time of 50 milliseconds and it uses screws for termination. Series G molded case circuit breakers, including the EGH3020FFG, also have a 30 mA earth leakage protection.
