Eaton Cutler-Hammer is the sole manufacturer of the EGH1015FFB device, which is a molded case circuit breaker. With the EG Frame covering the device for protection, it operates with 15 Amps of current. It is a single-phase device and it belongs to the G Series of Cutler breaker devices. The running voltage has been set at 600Y/347 Volts AC. This is a single-pole device with a fixed trip type (both magnetic and thermal). Interruptions can be made at various stages because it has different ratings. It comes with high interrupting capacity up to 100 kAIC at 240 Volts AC, 65 kAIC at 480 Volts AC, and 35 kAIC for 600Y/347 Volts AC. The EGH1015FFB runs best in the temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
The optimal running frequency depends on the type of load that is on the device. It runs with 50 to 60 Hertz of frequency. It comes with an optional Undervoltage release and auxiliary switch. It comes with load side lug terminals. The EGH1015FFB comes with various different features. It has longtime trip and instantaneous trip units and a trip indicator.
