The EGE3020FFG is a 20 Amps molded case circuit breaker from Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The circuit breaker uses a type EG frame and it is part of the G series of Cutler-Hammer circuit breakers. The EGE3020FFG has an interrupt rating of 35 kAIC at 240 Volts AC, 25 kAIC at 415 Volts AC or 418 Volts AC. The EGE3020FFG operates only on AC voltage at 415 Volts nominal or at a maximum of 480 volts AC, although the actual voltage rating of the EGE3020FFG is 600Y/347 Volts. The circuit breaker uses metric mounting hardware and it accommodates both line and load terminals. The EGE3020FFG Cutler Hammer circuit breaker weighs 3 pounds, and it has a height of 5.5 inches, a length of 2.99 inches, and a width of 3 inches. The EGE3020FFG is CE marked, UL listed, IEC rated, and CSA certified.
The EGE3020FFG has 3 poles, it operates at a 50 or 60 Hertz frequency, and it uses a fixed magnetic-thermal trip mechanism. Being a complete breaker, the EGE3020FFG contains the frame, trip unit, standard terminals, and mounting hardware. Having an EG-frame type and being 3-poled, the EGE3020FFG supports terminal end covers, one per circuit breaker. A terminal shield is only applicable in line terminal areas. The terminal shield (EFTS3K) provides an International Protection (IP) rating of 30 and it is packaged and sold in sets of 10. The EGE3020FFG G-series Eaton circuit breaker can be mounted on a DIN rail or a panel. When mounting the EGE3020FFG on a DIN rail, the EF34DIN DIN rail adapter is used.
