The Eaton Cutler-Hammer EGB2045FFB is a 2-pole molded case circuit breaker with 45 Amps of current rating. This device conforms to standards and certifications in major world markets like the IEC, CE, UL, and CSA certifications. It is a part of Eaton’s G Series product line. The EGB2045FFB has an EG frame size and it operates at 480 Volts AC with 18 kAIC of interruption capacity. This is a complete circuit breaker, which means that it is delivered with bolt-on terminals and with a thermal-magnetic trip unit. The whole device is assembled in the factory. It can be upgraded with many internal and external parts to expend its functionality scope. These accessories are the shunt-trip, auxiliary switches, alarm lockout, and the undervoltage release mechanism.
The Eaton Cutler-Hammer EGB2045FFB circuit breaker has an advanced contact assembly that never fails, and it repeats its function reliably to protect the circuits attached to the load side of the device.
