The Eaton Cutler-Hammer LGE3630NNWC Molded Case Circuit Breaker Frame is a 100% rated breaker frame for the LG Frame series of circuit breakers with 3-pole design and 630 Amps nominal current rating. This frame is designed without line or load side terminals and can be wired for either 3-phase or single application via it 3-pole configuration. The LGE3630NNWC has a current rating of 630 Amps, with a maximum interrupting capacity of 35 Kilo-Amps, and it used in an application with a maximum operating voltage of 600 Volt AC/250 Volt DC.
Like all G series Circuit breakers, the LGE3630NNWC comes with toggle handle operating mechanism which provides means of opening and closing the breaker contacts, and can also be used to indicate the position of the breaker (ON, OFF, or Tripped). In the event of prolonging overload, the handle toggle operating mechanism can be quickly snapped to the Tripped position opening the contact, and to reclose the breakers contact, the hand toggle must be switched to the RESET position. All Series G devices are calibrated for a 40-degree operating temperature limit, and this breaker frame confers ambient temperature below 40 degree Celsius to all enclosed components. It can be used in an environment with non-condensing relative humidity range within 0 to 95%, and can also be installed at a maximum height of 6000 feet without derating. The LGE3630NNWC weighs approximately 7.3 Kilograms, with total dimensions of 139.2 x 257.3 x 103.9 millimeters, and it is CE, UL, CSA, and CCC certified.
