The CRD320T106W is an electric circuit breaker from Eaton. It is from the C Series of circuit breakers manufactured by Eaton for industrial applications. The module has a maximum current rating of 200 Amps and the interrupt rating of the device is 125 kAIC at 240 Volts AC and 65 kAIC at 480 Volts DC. The CRD320T106W has 3 poles and the maximum voltage rating of the device is 600 Volts AC. The tip type of the unit is the electronic LSIG type and the circuit breaker type is the CRD type. It has an R Frame identification and it comes without any terminals. To install the device, the users must first make sure that the device is not damaged and that there are no visible defects.
The users should remove the screws and the covers and then install the mount trip plug and the accessories in the frame. Then they should reinstall the covers and tighten the screws with the recommended torque of 24 pounds on an inch and mount the terminals back into position. Make sure there is no voltage present on the conducting wires when installing the CRD320T106W circuit breaker, because there may be a chance of electric shock which may be dangerous. Then connect the load and the line conductors after confirming that voltage is not present. Make sure the CRD320T106W circuit breaker is mounted correctly and the wires are secured in place before turning on the power supply to the device. Users should perform the relevant field tests according to the NEMA standards in publication AB4-1990 before handing over the equipment to the customer.
