The LD3125T107W is a molded case circuit breaker with an electronic trip unit. It is manufactured by Cutler-Hammer (a division of the Eaton Corporation) and it features a patented contact design that performs a high-speed blow-open action. The result of this action is a superior level of protection from overcurrents in the users’ electrical circuits. The product is UL and CSA listed and it features the L Frame size with an amperage of 125 Amps. The Eaton LD3125T107W molded case circuit breaker analyzes the secondary current signals collected from the current transformers and it initiates the tripping of the circuit breaker’s main contacts. The trip happens when the pre-set current levels, delayed by a time setting, are exceeded. The device is housed in a rugged plastic enclosure and it has many heavy-duty external accessories that are also perfect for use in harsh and hazardous environments. These optional accessories are an undervoltage release and alarm switches.
The Eaton Cutler-Hammer LD3125T107W circuit breaker comes with a frequency rating of 50 to 60 Hertz and it can be used in systems with voltages of up to 250 Volts DC or up to 600 Volts AC. The shipping dimensions for this item are 8.25 inches x 10.75 inches x 4.06 inches (209.6 millimeters x 273.1 millimeters x 103.1 millimeters). The product weighs 20.0 pounds (9.1 kilograms). The LD3125T107W is perfect for standard panelboards, motor control centers, busway applications, and switchboards that users may encounter in various industrial environments. The core of the circuit breaker is the OPTIM 1050 electronic LSIA trip unit. Keep the device in a dry place that is not exposed to high temperatures.
