The DK3400 is a thermal magnetic molded case circuit breaker manufactured by Eaton Cutler Hammer. The molded case DK3400 circuit breaker is part of thermal magnetic circuit breakers DK Series C. This module has an amperage of 400 at 40 degrees Celsius with an interrupting rating of 65 Amps at 240 Volts AC and 10 kilo-Amperes at 250 Volts DC. This module’s dimensions are approximated at 5.5 × 4.063 × 10.125 inches. The Molded Case DK3400 circuit breaker is contained in NEMA Frame K size rating. The Molded Case DK3400 circuit breaker also features three phases, containing three poles, 65kA at 240 Volts standard interrupting capacity, LI-Long-Time including Instantaneous trip functions and line & load side lug terminals. The Molded Case DK3400 circuit breaker is a complete type without an interchangeable trip. The Molded Case DK3400 circuit breaker consists of a copper terminal standard pressure line and conventional pressure load terminal which are applicable in standard form.
The Molded Case DK3400 circuit breaker is more suitable for reverse feed applications and also suitable for high-intensity discharge purposes. The Molded Case DK3400 circuit breaker should be installed by drilling on the panel by following the bolt drilling plan prescriptions, mount all the required screws and bolts in place. Inspect the terminal hardware connection to ascertain the proper installation of the molded case DK3400 circuit breaker.
