The DK2350 is a complete molded case circuit breaker. It is manufactured by the Eaton Corporation and classified under the C Series of circuit breakers. The DK2350 comes with a warranty from the manufacturer. The warranty can last for 1 year starting from the date of installation or it can be an 18-month warranty starting from the shipment date. The DK2350 comes with the UL listing. It has an interrupt rating of 65 kAIC at 240 Volts AC and 10 kAIC at 250 Volts DC. The DK2350 features the K Frame type of frame with an amperage rating of 350 Amps. The DK2350 is a 2-pole DK type of circuit breaker with a frequency rating of 50 to 60 Hertz. The module features a complete breaker frame type with the line and load terminals. The DK2350 comes with aluminum terminals.
The DK2350 and other C Series circuit breakers by the Eaton Corporation are designed for offering circuit protection for low voltage distribution systems. These modules are described as devices for interrupting and closing circuits between the contacts under normal and abnormal conditions. They offer protection against things like overloaded circuits and short circuits on the connected applications. These include the motors and the motor starters. The C Series circuit breakers have been specially designed for use in panelboards, switchboards, motor control panels, and also combination starters. The circuit breakers also come with accessories that are mounted internally. These accessories remain invisible and therefore are not easy to spot in a quick inspection.
