The Cutler-Hammer JDB2250 is a complete molded case circuit breaker. It is classified under the Cutler-Hammer C Series of complete molded case circuit protectors. The circuit protector has an amperage rating of 250 Amps and it also meets the UL standard certification. The C Series of circuit breakers sold by Cutler-Hammer come with proven designs and it features the latest in innovations, offering a high level of reliability compared to other circuit protectors. The C Series Cutler-Hammer circuit breakers product line includes the thermal magnetic kind of breakers, the electronic trip kind of circuit protectors, and the motor circuit protectors. The JDB2250 circuit breaker is also a 2-pole circuit breaker.
These C Series circuit breakers are specially designed for various industrial and electrical applications. The circuit protector comes with interrupt rating of 35 kAIC at 480 Volts AC, 65 kAIC at 240 Volts AC, 10 kAIC at 250 Volts DC, and one of 18 kAIC at 600 Volts AC. The Cutler-Hammer JDB2250 circuit breaker also comes with the fixed thermal and fixed magnetic trip units and it features the line or the load terminals. The JDB2250 comes with an optional alarm switch with no neutral protection and it lacks a neutral pole. The JDB2250 comes with a shipping weight of 10.5 pounds and the shipping dimensions include a length of 4.06 inches, a height of 4.13 inches, and a height of 4.13 inches. The C Series JDB2250 circuit breaker is a UL listed device and comes with the standard Eaton Corporation warranty.
