Eaton manufactures the GHB2070 circuit breaker which is a 2-pole circuit breaker from the Series C family. It has a frame identification that is the G Frame and the circuit breaker is used for industrial applications in a non-corrosive environment. The circuit breaker must be installed according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer and the users must make sure the minimum clearance requirements are met so that the switch to the circuit breaker is easily accessible if the circuit breaker trips. The GHB2070 is a thermal magnetic circuit breaker, meaning the switch will trip if the circuit breaker current produces enough heat to cause the contact to trip due to the heat generated by the current flow.
The GHB2070 circuit breaker must be installed by a person who is familiar with installing electrical equipment and who will make sure all the safety regulations are met. The users must also perform all the relevant functional tests as per the NEMA standards to ensure the safety and the acceptable performance of the device. If the users need any assistance regarding the part installation or simple order information, they can get in touch with the Eaton support team or the local distributor. When the users receive the GHB2070 for the first time, they must make sure that the packaging is intact and that there is no visible damage to the device.
