The GHB2060 is a complete molded case circuit breaker that is manufactured by the Eaton Corporation and classified under the C Series of circuit breakers. The module features an interrupt rating of 65 kAIC at 240 Volts AC and 14 kAIC at 277 to 480 Volts AC. The GHB2060 is a 2–pole circuit protector and it falls under the molded case subcategory with a current rating of 60 Amps. The GHB2060 also features the fixed thermal and fixed magnetic trip types because it is a GHB circuit breaker. The net weight for a unit of the GHB2060 circuit breaker is one pound and it comes with shipping dimensions of 6.2 inches in height, 2.9 inches in width, and 3.7 inches in length. The GHB2060 comes with the bolt-on mounting feature with both poles featuring a common trip type. The GHB2060 is also a G frame circuit breaker and therefore suitable for reverse feed usage. In addition, the GHB2060 is HACR rated.
For the terminal type, the GHB2060 is a line and load side terminal circuit breaker and is UL listed as a suitable circuit breaker for the wire type. The GHB2060 meets the federal specification W-C 375 b requirements, and it meets the UL 489 and the UL 1053 requirements. The manufacturer of the GHB2060 circuit breaker specifies that during installation, the GHB2060 should be turned off and all the power sources should be locked off. This will prevent the occurrence of electrical shock and severe injuries that could occur if this guideline is not adhered to. In addition, the circuit breaker mounting process should be carried out so that the torque limits on the screws is not exceeded. Otherwise, applying high torques is likely to lead to cracking on the shaft support, leading to improper operation.
