The GHB2035 is a molded case circuit breaker from Eaton. Before the users install the device, they must make sure they are following all the safety guidelines according to the local regulations. They must comply with all the warnings provided by the manufacturer in the installation manuals for their safety and also to prevent damage to the equipment. The GHB2035 is a 2-pole device with a maximum current rating of 35 Amps. The GHB2035 indicates a trip through the window, and the window displays a white strip when the circuit breaker is in the tripped condition. When the users receive the GHB2035, they must first inspect it for any visible damage, and if they see that there is any damage, they must inform the supplier immediately.
Before proceeding with the installation, make sure the circuit breaker is suited for the application and that the ratings of the circuit breaker are within the specified limits. Install the circuit breaker as per the instructions in the installation manual. Check and inspect the circuit breaker periodically to ensure a longer life expectancy. These checks include cleaning off any dust or dirt on the circuit breaker, ensuring that the line and load terminations are connected and secured. Check for any visible cracks and signs of overheating. Users can also manually test the circuit breaker contacts by turning the circuit breaker on and off manually. If users see that the contacts are not operating as expected, then they might have to replace the circuit breaker. The installation of the GHB2035 must be done by a person who is familiar with electrical installations and has done them in the past.
