The GDB3025 is a thermal magnetic circuit breaker manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker is part of Series C of the GDB Type molded case circuit breakers. The Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker features 3 poles, 3 operating phases, 25 Amps current rating, 480 Volts AC, 14 kAIC at 480 Volts AC, and a standard interrupting capacity. The Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker is contained in the Frame G enclosure type. The Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker is equipped with multiwire connectors for the load side end terminals that are utilized in distributing the load from the Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker to several modules, in the absence of various distribution terminal blocks which are separated. The multiwire lug kit includes insulators, mounting hardware, terminal shields, and tin-plated aluminum connectors for replacing the 3 mechanical load lugs. The circuit breaker wire seal is utilized for securing the cover of the trip system preventing adjustments after verification of the settings.
The Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker feature a thermal memory for preventing the system from overheating cumulatively as a result of frequent overcurrents which might occur in quick succession. The Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker’s trip units consist of optional built-in communications to enable the controlling, protecting, and monitoring information to be transferred to a central place through the PowerNet system. The Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker consists of a toggle handle operating device that also acts as an indicator for easy position switching. The Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker has an indicator for indicating the on, off, and tripped positions of the Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker. The Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker features 2 windows on both the left and right side of the Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker’s toggle handle, on which the switching condition is provided by means of green, red, and white colors to correspond to the on, off, and the tripped positions of the Cutler-Hammer GDB3025 circuit breaker.
