The HFD3060 is an HFD type of molded case circuit breaker manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The Eaton Cutler-Hammer HFD3060 circuit breaker belongs to Series C of the Eaton molded case circuit breakers. The Eaton Cutler-Hammer HFD3060 circuit breaker features 60 Amps of trip current, a permanent thermal magnetic trip type, a 4.125-inch x 3.37-inch x 6-inch size, 250 Volts DC voltage rating and 600 Volts AC at 50/60 Hertz. The Eaton Cutler-Hammer HFD3060 circuit breaker is enclosed in a NEMA F frame. The Eaton Cutler-Hammer HFD3060 circuit breaker is meant for making and breaking a circuit placed between 2 contacts which are either in proper and improper working conditions.
The Eaton Cutler-Hammer HFD3060 circuit breaker is designed to close and interrupt a circuit by utilizing a non-automatic means and it can open the circuit automatically at a predetermined overload of current without the circuit breaker being damaged when is appropriately applied without exceeding its current ratings. The Eaton Cutler-Hammer HFD3060 circuit breaker is also designed to be used in combination starters, individual enclosures, and bus duct plug-in units. The Eaton Cutler-Hammer HFD3060 circuit breaker also features a shunt trip that remotely trips the molded case circuit breaker by using the pre-installed electrical signal.
