The FDB3100 is an Eaton Cutler-Hammer molded case circuit breaker classified under the C Series of circuit breakers. This module has a maximum voltage of 600 Volts AC and 250 Volts DC. It comes with shipping dimensions of 4.9 inches x 5 inches x 7.5 inches. The net weight for this module is 4 pounds which is also the same as the estimated gross weight. All the C Series circuit breakers support applications with current ratings of up to 2500 Amps and this outperforms the calculations listed in the IEEE guidelines. The circuit breaker has 3-phase power with 3 poles and it has a voltage rating of 600 Volts with a current of 100 Amps. The module features the bolt-on connection type and it comes with thermal magnetic protection type. The FDB3100 is an F Frame circuit breaker .and it is HACR rated and suitable for HID (High-Intensity Discharge) uses and also for the reverse feed use. The FDB3100 has been equipped with electronic sensing and a tripping mechanism, making the inverse delay release independent of the ambient temperature. Thermal memory is incorporated to ensure that the power operation is not performed immediately after an overload trip. Despite the fact that the FDB3100 provides years of maintenance-free operation, the breakers should be inspected periodically.
