The FDB2045 is a thermal-magnetic circuit breaker that has been designed under the standards and specifications of the Eaton Corporation Series C product line of molded case circuit breakers. The Eaton Corporation FDB2045 thermal-magnetic circuit breaker belongs to the F Frame product line and contains an FBD breaker type. The switching mechanism used by the Eaton Corporation FDB2045 thermal-magnetic circuit breaker combines a bimetal strip that is in charge of the overcurrent and a magnet that responds to short-circuit currents. This combination is considered standard to most applications.
