The Eaton Cutler-Hammer FD3015 Series C Circuit Breaker is a solid-state Frame F Thermal-Magnetic circuit breaker with load side only terminals, designed to provide out-of-the-box circuit protection and current overload protection in low voltage applications. The FD3015 is a general purpose circuit breaker designed for High-Intensity Discharge (HID) and Reverse Feed use, with a non-adjustable thermal-magnetic trip unit encased in a molded casing to prevent manual adjustment. The FD3015 has a 15 Ampere maximum trip rating, with an interrupting capacity of 25 Kilo Ampere Interrupting Capacity (AIC) at both 600 Volt AC and 480 Volt AC, and it has a maximum operating voltage of 600 Volt AC and 250 Volt DC. The FD3015 is a 3-pole circuit breaker with load terminals, which is designed with a bimetal thermal-magnetic trip unit which is non-adjustable, and it is manually operated using a circuit breaker handle and PUSH-TO-TRIP button. This circuit breaker has an operating mechanism and an arc extinguisher (which is common to all Series C Circuit Breakers), and it is applied in both high-intensity discharge and Reverse feed applications. It also HACR rated for heating, refrigerating, and air-condition application, and it is designed for many years to use without maintenance thereby saving maintenance cost. The FD3015 has an ambient temperature of 60 degree Celsius, and it weighs approximately 2.0 Kilograms (4.5 pounds) with a total shipping volume of 105.0 x 152.4 x 68 millimeters (4.13 x 6.0 x 3.38 inches). It is designed for all-around protection and it is CE, UL, and CSA certified.
