The EDB2100 is a complete molded case circuit breaker that is manufactured by Cutler Hammer. The circuit protector is classified under the C series of circuit protectors and comes as a UL listed device. The EDB2100 features the F frame size and comes with an interrupt rating of 22 kAIC at 240 volts AC. This C series circuit breaker is also categorized as an ED circuit breaker type with a frequency rating of 50 to 60 Hertz. The module is a complete breaker frame type that has load side terminal type. The voltage rating for the EDB2100 is 240 Volts AC with a 125 Volt DC option available. The Amperage rating for the EDB2100 is 100 Amps and features the fixed thermals of the fixed magnetic trip type with two poles.
The EDB2100 has a length of 3.38 inches with a height of 2.75 inches and a width of 2.75 inches. The weight for the module is 3 pounds. Just like the other Cutler Hammer devices, the EDB2100 comes with a warranty that is under the Eaton Corporation selling policy. The warranty is either a one year valid warranty from the date of installation or a 18 months warranty from the date of shipping the module. The Cutler Hammer circuit protection devices come with field fit accessories and common accessories through the 630 Amperes. These circuit breakers are built to offer a ground fault protection that is down to 20 Amperes. The Cutler Hammer protection devices feature the toggle operations mechanism with the toggle used to indicate the status of the module.
