The 2711-K3A10L1 belongs to the Bulletin 2711 PanelView Standard Operator Terminal product family. The unit has a Three (3) inches monochrome with a resolution of 128 x 64. The terminal also has a built-in RS232 communication port supporting DF1 protocol, Eight (8) Function keys (F1 to F8) and ATA memory support. The 2711-K3A17L1 rated power supply input is 24VDC. The terminal has pixel graphics capabilities with a range of color, grayscale and monochrome display options. The 2711-K3A17L1 supports alarm handling, screen security, analog gauges, ATA memory card, and online printing. The 2711-K3A17L1 operator terminal can be used for small scale applications to interface with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The terminal support communication with PLC5, SLC500, MicroLogix and Logix family of controllers. A wide variety of communication cables are available for use to communicate to a particular PLC platform and series. The terminal has a runtime application memory of 170KB and 240KB non-volatile memory. Optionally, the terminal’s memory can be expanded with the use of an ATA memory card with memory ranging from 2MB to 32 flash memory. Other terminal accessories include antiglare overlays, function key legend inserts, backlight replacements, Real-time clock modules , mounting hardware, Power supply terminal block and interface modules. Configure the terminal runtime graphics and behavior using PanelBuilder32 software. Create process mimic display in the terminal using the software elements such as Pushbuttons, Selector switches, Screen Selectors, Data Entry objects, Information displays, Alarm diagnostics and a variety of drawing elements ranging from basic shapes, custom graphics, standard ISA symbols and bitmap images. The terminal may be optionally loaded with interface modules to communicate with other communication protocol. Optional interface modules include Personal computer interface converter converts RS-232 signals to/from DH-485 signals, Isolated link coupler for DH-485 network and Micrologix advanced interface converter module.
