The 2711-T10G8L1 is a PanelView 1000 which belongs to the Bulletin 2711 PanelView Standard Operator Terminal product family. It is an electronic hardware capable of touchscreen input and display of grayscale object for effective monitoring and control of equipment and devices. This Human Machine Interface (HMI) hardware has a grayscale graphics, 10-inch measurement with display area of 211 x 158 mm (8.3 x 6.2 in.) and resolution of 640 x 480. It features a Data Highway Plus (DH+) port for connection to existing DH+ network or devices. An RS232 for alarm printing functions is also pre-installed with the panel to serve printing of aalrms for historization. The 2711- T10G8L1 has a field replaceable backlight with a lifespan of 50,000 hr. 1/2 life at 25 °C (77 °F). The hardware’s circuitry is activated by a 24VDC power supply, accepting a range of 18-32VDC. The 2711-T10G8L1 has a touchscreen is made of 384 cells. It can be operated up to 1 million actuations. Implement screen navigation, sequence and control triggers, alarm acknowledgment, printing and other parameters through this touch cells. The terminal provides diagnostic messages such as operation status, minor faults and input errors and operator dialogs especially process confirmation. They are built-in with the systems and appears in the alarm dialog with a high priority. It has a RAM allocation of 310 KB and an 1008 KB non-volatile memory. The non-volatile memory can be expanded with the use of an ATA memory card with memory options ranging from 2MB to 32 flash memory.
