About 2711-K10C20L1

The 2711-K10C20L1 is an automation component for use with Human Machin Interface (HMI) requirements. This hardware is capable of implementing custom designed applications prepared suing a development software. The HMI hardware displays a process mimic that can be displayed in levels of increasing details per screen. The process mimic is the visual representation of the system, represented with the use of the development software’s built-in symbols and graphic libraries. The project is then downloaded to the terminal and launches runtime environment for real-time process interaction. Process operator observes the process through the HMI’s 10-inch screen with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and display area of 211 x 158 mm (8.3 x 6.2 in.). The screen has a colored TFT matrix with a replaceable backlight. Control actions can be initiated through the stainless-steel domed keypads. The keypads have 16 function keys that are configurable to perform different tasks. Each key has an actuation lifespan of 1 million presses. The built-in Ethernet communication port serves as the bridge for controller and terminal data exchange. Process feedback from the controller and operator actions initiated from the terminal is sent and received simultaneously through the Ethernet protocol. Ethernet uses an RJ45 cable as the physical layer. The RS232 port can used for printing alarm list and messages for documentation processes. The terminal is recommended to be installed on an enclosure that offers adequate protection for the electronic circuitry. It is recommended to be installed in NEMA Type 12, 13, 4X (indoor use only), IP54 or IP65 rated enclosure. The device is an IEC 1131-2 Equipment Class I devices requires GND (Ground) or (Protective Earth) terminal to an earth conductor. The products with L1 in the part number connect connect to a 24V DC power source with a rated supply range of 18-32 VDC.
