The 92-00803-00 PanelMate Power Series 2000 is an Operator Interface Panel with a 9 inch color display and Touchscreen data entry capability. The 92-00803-00 panel is a three-piece modular unit, allowing installations in 12 inch deep enclosure spaces. The unit is equipped with a Motorola 68020 microprocessor and provided with 1 MB flash memory for program storage, fonts and messages. The PanelMate Power series 2000 92-00803-00 module also is provided with a Dynamic RAM memory (volatile) of 2 MB in standard capacity units and 3 MB in high capacity units. This Panel unit has a real-time clock with a non-volatile memory and with an internal lithium battery with 10 year minimum life.
The touchscreen display has a resolution of 256 x 256 touch cells. The display with a VGA graphics resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, 256 colors with 8 state power blink, has a Horizontal scan frequency of 31.5 KHz and a refresh frequency of 60 Hertz. The Interface Panel has a temperature operating range from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, a humidity range from 20 to 95% of relative humidity, non-condensing. Its frame is rated from NEMA 4 to NEMA 12 in environments with non-conductive pollutants only.
The unit is provided with an auto-sensing power source auto adjustable between 120 and 230 Volts AC, with a -15%/+10% voltage tolerance. The operating frequency is 50 to 60 Hertz. The power requirements are 30 Watts for the electronic unit and 50 Watts for the display, a total of 80 Watts for operation (1.0 A). The power source of the 92-00803-00 module can withstand a current peak inrush of 16A Max for the display and electronic unit, a total of 25 A as a unit. The DB9S serial ports are selectable for RS232, RS422 or 485-2 signal levels. This PanelMate Power Series 2000 unit can operate with the Power Pro software allowing the communication with the Allen Bradley PLC-2, PLC-3, PLC-5, and SLC-500; Cutler Hammer D50, D300, and D320; GE Fanuc series 5, 6, 90. Also with Mitsubishi A and FX, Modicon Modbus, Omron C series, PLC-Direct DL 405, Square D SyMax, Siemens S5 series, Simatic TI 305/405 and 500/505, Reliance Automate and Toshiba T2.
