The PanelMate 2000 110/230V 1PH 92-00685-01 is an operator interface manufactured by Eaton Cutler Hammer. It has an input voltage of 110V AC and an input voltage of 230V AC. The installation of this panel does not require the optimate series because it has not been recommended. Text panels featured in this terminal functions to allow basic operator interface with control systems. The simple message displays, programmable function keys, and panels lamps which have been made available by this panel support limited operator control/monitoring. This panel also provides a graphical interface which has been engineered to interchange and display data, animation, and graphics from a PLC by simply touching the screen.
It is possible to replace virtually every push button, peripheral device, meter, or switch with just one touch panel like the 92-00685-01. The graphical environment for this programming software together with the reduced object programming steps makes it easy to develop a project with this panel. This panel also uses a series of NEMA-rated LED message displays which have been incorporated into the latest communication and LED technologies for industrial applications. This makes it easier for these industrial text messages featured in the 92-00685-01 panel to utilize both Ethernet and serial communications. The display can be connected to any device which is capable of Modbus RTU, serial ASCII, or Modbus TCP communications and connection to a PLC (programmable logic controller). The Optimate line of the 92-00685-01 display panel, which is both rugged and practical, performs more functions than LCDs, lights, and a gaggle of push buttons. This panel features a circuit protection which is critical for any commercial or industrial installation. This feature needs to meet national codes so that it can be able to protect the panel including its various processes from the excess energy which could cause safety issues or great damage.
