The D100PG10A is an Eaton Cutler-Hammer programmer. These D100 programming controllers have two different programming techniques, which are handheld and IBM software enabled; the D100PG10A module specifically is a hand-held programmer. This module can program all the D100 series controllers. When plugged into the controller, the D100PG10A receives its power from the controller itself. Its entire program is written into the RAM of the controller. The D100PG10A also has a cable along with it.The program can be saved to the programmable read-only memory (PROM). This PROM is used in almost all the D100 devices in order to store a program for quick retrieval in the event of the accidental loss. Four PROMs namely D100EE10, D100UV10, D100EE28, and D100EE14 are offered for the D100 systems. This LCD enabled programmer, the D100PG10A, displays the entire program in ladder form. This program can be used for the monitoring and various other diagnostic purposes. The D100PG10A has a membrane keyboard. All of this module’s entries are confirmed with the help of audible feedback. This handheld programmer, the D100PG10A, has an 8 line X 10 column display and shows power flow. This module also blocks and traces the monitor. Its various functions such as saving a screen, inserting a screen, and deleting a display can also be performed by handheld programmers.
These D100 programming controllers are analog capable models with direct connect message displays. They have an I/O range of approximately 14 to 120 and a profound computer network of up to 16 units. The high-speed counting of D100PG10A amounts to 4KHZ.
