The D100CRA20A is a hand-held controller that belongs to the solid line of Cutler-Hammer products. It is an analog input expandable model with a manual high-speed counting of up to 4 kHz. It is also a 20 I/O relay output controller with a 115 Volt AC input voltage requirement. It will work best if its temperature is well-maintained at 0 to 60 degrees Celsius while operating and -15 to 75 degrees Celsius while in storage. The atmosphere in which this module is placed should also be free of corrosive gases, conductive dust, flammable gases, and solvents. The D100 Programmable Controller series, including the D100CRA20A, is a series of stand-alone controllers. These controllers have an I/O range of 20 to 80 per system; in order to complete the system, connect the controller to the power line and attach the inputs and outputs to proper terminals. Next, enter a program; now the system should all be set to operate. These controllers can either be mounted on DIN rails or directly to the panels. Like other D100 controllers, the D100CRA20A has a block and trace monitor with a display of 8 lines and 10 columns. The controller also shows its power flow and displays direct connect message.
The D100CRA20A is a micro-programmable controller, meaning that it has a wide variety of CPU features. Some of these include a 1k RAM or EEPROM memory size and type as well as an 8 millisecond scan time. It also has 64 timers and 64 counters. The Shift Reg of the D100CRA20A controller is 256 steps while its Step Seq is also 256 steps. It can also be programmed directly by a personal computer in order to execute and generate reports. This controller can also be combined with 8, 20, or 40 I/O expanders to meet various demands.
